The program will require the following:
- Complete a health assessment to better understand your current lifestyle habits
- Participate in the goal setting and mapping a lifestyle game plan
- Implement the nutrition and fitness plan assigned based on your assessment
- Available for bi-weekly virtual coaching sessions with nutritionist and trainer
- Download the Everything Plus+ App to access to your coach 24/7 in the group
