Everything Plus+ Body Transformation Program

The purpose of Everything Plus+ Body Transformation program is to help you become the woman you ultimately desire as it relates to your body image and wellness goals. Over the course of three months, you will have access to a fitness coach, nutritionist and mindset coach to help you gain the body you truly desire both internally and externally!

The Everything Plus+ program is for you if:

  • You’re tired of feeling sluggish due to lack of nutrients you’re consuming daily
  • You don’t know how to eat for your body type
  • You’re currently on medication due to poor eating habits
  • You’re looking to embrace your body and build more self-love and confidence
  • You’re looking to prevent, manage or reverse a diet related chronic-illness (i.e. diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, certain cancers, etc.)
  • You’re still looking to lose weight after trying various fad diets and yo-yo dieting
  • You need accountability and someone to coach you through the process
  • Your doctor is constantly telling you to transition to a healthy lifestyle because your future health may be in jeopardy
  • You’re considered overweight and don’t know how to effectively love your body now, so that you have the power to change your unhealthy habits
  • You’re insecure about your body and lacking motivation and consistency to keep going.

What does the Everything Plus+ program include?
Once you’re enrolled in the program you will receive a welcome package that includes your wellness journal, apparel, 2 wellness products of your choice and access to your three coaches that will help you develop a strategy to tackle your challenges and reach your wellness goals.



During the Everything Plus+ program you are required to:

  • Complete a health assessment to better understand your current lifestyle habits
  • Complete a metabolism test during your doctor’s visit and submit lab results
  • Participate in the goal setting and mapping a lifestyle game plan led by your coach
  • Implement the nutrition and fitness plan assigned based on your assessment results and mental needs
  • Available for weekly virtual coaching sessions w/ nutrition and body image coach
  • Available for virtual bi-weekly sessions with your fitness trainer
  • Available for virtual monthly sessions with energy and mindset coach
  • You must show up for yourself daily in order to see the results of this program.
