  • 4-Days a Week HIIT Personal Training - 3 days one-on-one PT and one day of group training on Saturdays to meet other women that’s on the same path as you to provide you with further support.
  • Bi-weekly One-on-One Coaching sessions to analyze your progress and guide you through the next steps to continue to transform your body both internally and externally.
  • 24/7 Access to the circle community and text support at any time to your coach outside of one-on-one sessions. Please give your coaches 48 hours to respond to your question.
